At Forealsister Designs, all apparel and books are created using print-on-demand production. This means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, ensuring quality, intention, and reduced waste.

Processing Time

Because our products are print on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item and production partner.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items (such as books and apparel), they may ship separately and arrive at different times, as they are often produced by different facilities.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Forealsister Designs is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Forealsister Designs, all apparel and books are created using print-on-demand production. Each item is made specifically for you after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Print-on-demand apparel
• Print-on-demand books
• Digital products
• Items marked as final sale

Sizing Issues

Please refer to sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
