The erasure didn’t end in the past.
You’re living inside it.
Disconnected From Origin
When the Mother was removed from the story, something else was removed with Her:
Connection.
Not just spiritual connection.
Not just mythological memory.
But the understanding that you come from something… not separate from it.
Without that, identity begins to shift.
You are no longer part of creation.
You are placed within it.
Separate. Isolated. Defined.
Identity Without Root
When the source is forgotten, identity becomes unstable.
It gets built on:
- systems
- labels
- external validation
Instead of something deeper. Something inherent.
Because if you don’t remember where you come from…
You start accepting whatever you’re told you are.
Spirituality Without the Mother
Spiritual systems still exist.
But many are structured around distance.
A higher power above.
A human below.
A gap that must be bridged through obedience, practice, or permission.
What’s missing is the original understanding:
That the source was never separate.
That creation wasn’t something to reach.
It was something you were already inside of.
The Broken Relationship With Nature
Look at how the world is treated now.
The Earth is no longer seen as Mother.
It is seen as resource.
Something to use.
Something to extract from.
Something to dominate.
And that shift didn’t happen randomly.
If the Earth is no longer understood as living, generative, sacred…
Then there is no reason to protect it.
Only reason to control it.
The Loss of the Cycle
There was a time when life was understood as cyclical.
Birth.
Death.
Rebirth.
Not an ending. Not a failure.
A process.
But that understanding has been replaced.
Now everything is linear:
- progress
- success
- growth without end
No return. No renewal.
Just forward movement.
At any cost.
Control Becomes Normal
Once you remove the cycle…
Once you remove the connection…
Once you remove the source…
Control doesn’t look unnatural anymore.
It looks necessary.
Dominance becomes logic.
Hierarchy becomes structure.
Disconnection becomes the default.
And most people don’t question it.
Because they were never taught there was another way to exist.
So Ask Yourself
If you feel disconnected…
From yourself
From nature
From something you can’t quite name…
Is that natural?
Or is it learned?
They didn’t just erase the Mother from the past.
They removed Her from how you understand yourself.
And once that happens…
Disconnection feels normal.
